Delete your RecYard account
You can delete your account yourself in the app, at any time, in about ten seconds.
- Open RecYard and sign in.
- Tap the menu (three lines) at the top right.
- Choose Privacy and account.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
What gets deleted
- Your name, handle, profile photo, card title and home city.
- Your terms acceptance.
- Your follows, blocks, inbox, push notification tokens, pinned trophies and crew memberships.
- Any queue spot you were holding. Your highlight videos are removed.
- Your login is disabled and can no longer be used.
What stays
Games you played stay in match history and venue standings, attached to an anonymous "Deleted player", so other players' stats and league results do not change. Analytics and crash logs are removed automatically after 90 days.
Cannot get into the app?
Email support@lockin.example from the address on your account (or ask a venue manager to contact us) and we will delete it within 30 days.
Replace the placeholder email address before publishing.
