Privacy Policy

What we collect. Email, handle, display name, optional profile photo; gameplay data (check-ins, queues, matches, ratings, stats); highlights you choose to share; your device's push token, platform and app version; crash reports; and, unless you opt out, usage analytics tied to the account.

Video. Venue cameras stream into a short in-memory buffer that is never saved. When a stat keeper logs a made shot, assist, steal or block, we save a 30-second clip of that play, visible only to the player involved, and delete it after 24 hours unless they post it. Posted clips are public to other players until the player deletes them.

How we use data. To run the app (queues, games, rankings, notifications), keep it secure and working, and improve it. We don't sell your data and we don't use advertising identifiers.

Who sees what. Other players see your handle, name, photo, rank, stats, trophies and highlights. Venue staff see games and check-ins at their venue. Our service providers (database and hosting, push delivery) process data for us.

Your choices. Switch analytics off in Privacy. Delete your account in Privacy: your personal data is erased and past games stay attached to an anonymous "Deleted player". Block anyone you don't want to interact with.

Retention. Analytics and crash logs: 90 days. Account data: until you delete the account.

Security. Data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security, and each venue's data is kept separate. Highlight video is stored with Mux. No system is perfectly secure.
